Fee Schedule

John charges a flat daily rate for all mediations. The full-day flat rate includes advance preparation time and unlimited hours for the mediation. If the case is not resolved, John will typically conduct follow-up mediation services at no additional charge. The half-day flat rate includes all advance preparation time and four hours of mediation.

The daily rate may vary depending on the number of parties, the type of case, and whether travel is required. Rates for typical cases are $2,500 for a half-day and $5,000 for a full-day. Full payment for the mediation must be received in advance of the mediation date. Mediation fees will be refunded if the matter is settled or continued and written notice is received at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled mediation date.
